I started going to Speedwell Bilates in January 2025 after many years of suffering with lower back pain. Bella and all of the instructors are fantastic at what they do, really helpful and encouraging and the studio is such a relaxing and calm space. After 6 months of weekly classes I saw improvement in my balance and my overall ability but most importantly my back issue had improved immensely. I cannot express how much of a relief this was after so many years of back pain, I’d finally found a cure! This week I went to the brand new studio in Downend which is another truly gorgeous space. Bilates has helped me so much and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try reformer Pilates, I’m sure you won’t regret it 🤍
I’ve been coming to Bilates for over a year now and absolutely love it! The atmosphere is always so welcoming and positive. Bella has done an incredible job with the place and it feels very cosy. All of the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. Classes are versatile, you always get different options to match your energy level and make it as challenging as you want. Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to Bilates for 12 months now and I highly recommend. I booked a 1-2-1 with Bella before I started classes as I had an injury which made me nervous to try reformer. I shouldn’t have worried at all as Bella - and all of the instructors - have been fantastic in helping as / when I have needed it. I am so much stronger, more confident and it’s been great for me to push and challenge myself through out the year. Bilates is an inviting space, everyone feels welcome and I thoroughly look forward to my classes each week. I mainly do classes with Bella, Georgia and Paige due to timings and they are fantastic. Becca and Lucy are great too. Looking forward to the new studio in downend opening as well. Bella you have built an amazing Pilates space - love it! Here is to the next 12 months
I started with Bilates in February, and have loved it ever since. Bella and the Bilates Team have been nothing but absolutely amazing the whole time I have been there. Each class is challenging, but in the best way. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and so encouraging. The studio has such a calm atmosphere and it is a lovely environment to be in. I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength and confidence in pilates over the past year and I really look forward to every class I attend. 10/10 ✨ 💖
I've never done pilates before March 2025 and so happy I've found Bilates. The atmosphere is great and all the instructors are so lovely, friendly and supportive. You get a lot out of each class, a full workout and a space to feel zen. Bilates is my main weekly exercise routine and will continue to attend at least twice a week. Love love love xx
