Janelle is AMAZING! I was a shaver all my life until I found Bitchin' beauty. I always wanted to try waxing, but I was SUPER nervous having my girl parts out for a stranger. She came highly recommended, so I said, "Let's do it." She made me feel super comfortable. She is very professional, fun to talk to, and makes u feel at ease with the process. She is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I refuse to shave ever again. I do the Brazilian and honey pot glow every month, religiously, and I am in love.

Janelle is literally a ray of sunshine and one of the greatest hair and makeup artists I have ever worked with. Her positive, fun and kind personality is contagious every time I’ve worked work her.
