Black Carat Jewelry, located in North York’s Sheridan Mall, is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the incredible quality of their pieces and the level of care they put into educating their customers. The service was warm, patient, and genuinely supportive they didn’t just try to make a sale. They even encouraged us to visit other stores and compare options so we could feel completely confident in our decision. I went in having done a lot of research and asking many detailed questions, and Mohammad was absolutely amazing knowledgeable, transparent, and honest every step of the way. As soon who is very very picky and particular, every question and concern was answered promptly and thoroughly. The pricing wasn’t just competitive it was truly out-of-this-world amazing for the level of craftsmanship and service provided. Everyone absolutely loves the ring we’ve received so many compliments on it. My now-fiancé and I are so happy with our experience that we’ll definitely be returning for future pieces, including our wedding rings. I found Mohammad via instagram and from start to finish he made the process of making my dream ring easy!! There were a few concerns I had about oval diamonds and he was able to answer them all confidently. Even after everything was finalized, he made a suggestion to make the 18k gold band I wanted thicker for better stability at no extra cost. I got the ring within the time frame I was told as well! 10/10 experience. I get compliments on it everyday. For reference, this is a 3 carat lab diamond with VVS2 quality and E colour.
