This am i had an oil pan problem with my van n didn't know what to expect with no scheduled appointment. Between alex n jose, they did the job right on the spot n I was out in due time. AMAZING. Alex was right on the mark for a price quote prior/post work. GRACIAS to all for a job well done. I highly recommend BLA for vehicle needs. BLA gives one a feeling of being comfortable n having faith, job gets done correctly.

I’ve been coming to Black Label Auto for a monthly detail for a couple of years now and their work is amazing every single time. They work with you to help you find the right detail package, friendly staff, easy to get to location, and vehicle looks fantastic every visit! There have been a few moments when I’ve needed to get in, needed to adjustment my appointment, or reschedule all together and they’ve worked with me every time. I trust them 100% with my vehicles, to the point of wanting to gift their services to friends and family, and I will continue to come here. Highly recommend!
I called several other auto shops and detailers before deciding on Black Label Auto to get the windows on my Tesla Model Y tinted. While their prices were comparable to other places, they offered a superior product (3M) and customer service. They even got in me fairly quickly after I called them. I worked with Alex, who was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions up front (i.e., deciding on which 3M material to go with, which percentages would work/look best, etc.). Most importantly, he did a fantastic job on my car. I went with 3M Ceramic IR, 25% front, 70% rear (Model Y rear windows are stained/dyed from the factory, but offer no UV/heat rejection), and front windshield at 70%. I had to bring in my car a second time to finish the tint job due to an issue with some of their film being damaged, but they gave me a generous discount on my final bill in order to accommodate my having to make a second trip (again, really great customer service). Overall, I had a great experience with Alex and the Black Label Auto team. Highly recommended.
