Great Service Tech Ben. Very knowledgeable and let me work with him to understand the process! Zac and Carlos did the installation! Good work. Courteous and all is working properly. I could have tried and piece fix it. But we went ahead and got a new unit. I would recommend Blaze 10 of 10 times. It was a 25 yr old furnace so it was time! Julio Molina was very professional, he arrived on time and kept me updated about the repairs I needed. He even showed me photos and explained everything so I can understand it. He was able to fix the issue and spend hours in the cold to do so. I was very impressed this was our first time using this company and I am glad we signed up for the maintance plan for further repairs and maintenance. I will definitely refer this company.
Ben came out within 25 hours of calling with heating issues during busy end of the year schedules. He showed up and was very professional and went in to great detail on the issue I had and solved it with ease. He discussed the maintenance program to me and now I am signed up. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.
Blaze was amazing, great customer service. The response time was great. The technician was as professional and very knowledgeable and and quickly completed the work as as follow through with other things. His support was great as well following through to make sure we got back up and running, great team excellent company. I will be using them for all of my work going forward.
