A really dope vibe here. Staff was knowledgeable on the plants and even did further research to provide best answers. Love this place and what it stands for.
This place is truly a hidden gem and a magical place. As you enter the space, it's like you're entering their own world. These ladies are clearly Amazing at what they do. They're all lovely and kind too (And beautiful!) Every corner and every space had its purpose and view points. Drink (spritzer) was amazing and the back patio was so spacious and lovely. We came at the end of the day but we're still talking about how our eyes devoured the space for the short 15 minutes. The pictures definitely don't do any justice. I wish i lived close to come back often. Check out the space and the artistry yourself!
such a beautiful space with floor to ceiling plants!! I really admire how big and healthy all the plants are there; you can tell they’re well cared for. And the folks that work there are so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!!!
I have to confess. I do not know anything at all about plants nor even know what is considered a "house plant" or a " outdoor only plant". I also would be lying if I told you I had any interest either! However, I do love going out for coffee and pastries on the weekend. Blythe Coffee is a newer Black owned Woman owned coffee cart within Blck Girl Green House in Oakland. I got a Salted Caramel Bourbon latte with a chocolate chip cookie to dunk. Delicious pastries sold here and they are locally produced. Nice and cool spot to get a cup of aromatic artisinal latte, relax, and maybe look at and buy plants or just enjoy the vibe!
