I had an amazing experience at Blo Fort Worth! My stylist did exactly what I wanted, my hair came out so smooth, sleek, and absolutely perfect. The service was professional, friendly, and quick. I left feeling confident and beautiful. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for flawless results every time! 💖.
The absolute worst blowout I've ever received. Paid $73 got a half assed scalp massage that was supposed to last 10 minutes. My hair was washed, the massage I guess was given at some point, and I was in a styling chair all in less than 10 minutes. It's been two hours since my blowout and my hair is flatter than when I went in. The stylist was really sweet and that makes me feel bad, but spending that much money for looking worse than when I went in is a joke. Just go to Dry Bar or stay home.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Lovely environment and the staff is so polite! I came in for an extended blowout because my hair is long and pretty thick. Immediately got offered a beverage and I chose a mimosa that was brought out on a tray with a beautiful flower and some chocolate. Nicole made me feel very comfortable during the whole process while educating me with any questions I had about my hair care (which was A LOT!!) She told me about their monthly membership and I was sold immediately because I dread doing my hair! I can’t wait to try a new style for my next hair care day:)
Do not recommend if you have long, thick hair. I paid extra because I was told the length and thickness of my hair would require an additional 15 minutes, which I did not mind at all. An hour into my appointment my hair was not even dry yet. I could tell the hairstylist was getting frustrated and she turned the heat up on the blow dryer. She burned my scalp once and I let her know but she didn’t lower the temperature. She burned my scalp a second time, badly, before lowering the temperature. When I first sat down I was told two people could work on my hair to get me out of there quickly. After an hour and 45 minutes I asked the stylist if that second person would be able to help after all. She called over another stylist and after two hours I was finally done but my hair was frizzy and had hardly any curls in it. It definitely looked nothing like the picture in their style book. I’ve added a picture of the style book and what my hair looked like a block away from studio while I was pump in gas not even five minutes after I left the salon.
