Great experience every time I come here. Christian is the best! The most amazing blow outs I ever get, and so friendly and energetic too. I always feel so much better after getting set up with Christian - a true gem to have at Blo. Highly recommend!
Christian is truly a hair magician! This is hands down the best blowout I’ve ever had. My curls usually never last but theirs lasted beautifully. A big thank you to front desk staff for being so accommodating even though I arrived late due to circumstances. I’ll definitely be coming back.
booked a blowout at Blo Blow Dry Bar through ClassPass and made sure to call ahead and confirm they work with curly hair. They told me they do. When I arrived, I was greeted by Vale with attitude from the start. As soon as she saw my hair, she kept repeating that she didn’t have time to do it. I explained that I had a booked appointment and wasn’t sure what she expected me to do. I had scheduled a wash, deep conditioning, and massage. She rushed through the wash, then told me she’d have to skip one of the services because she “didn’t have time.” I agreed to skip the massage. But after washing, when it came time to style, she flat out told me she couldn’t do my hair because it was “too thick and curly” and that she would just diffuse it instead. I reminded her I had paid for a blowout/straight style — not just a wash and diffuse. Another stylist eventually stepped in and blow dried my hair, but the entire experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. To make things worse, they charged me a $25 late fee, even though my appointment was at 12:15 and I arrived at 12:26 — just 10 minutes late. Overall, the service was rushed, dismissive, and not at all what I paid for. If a salon claims they can handle curly hair, they should be prepared and professional instead of making the client feel like a burden.Vale was my stylist she refused to do my hair because it’s curly hair and told me she can’t do my hair but she will wash and let me go like that imagine I have already paid for the blowout service using classpass
Had a horrible experience. They told me they knew how to ethnic hair and they lied. I had two people in my hair at one point training, i was burned on multiple occasions, to the point that i asked if only one person can do my hair at one time. I was very polite about it … i did not pay for a hair school appointment… if so i would have went to Ogle. My hair was not straightened out nor curled, they did not offer me a refund. I had to put my hair in a ponytail the next day because of how horrible it was. It also took them 3.5 hours to do my hair and it looked awful.
If you're looking for a great atmosphere, great hair! And a great stylist come here!!! So friendly! They can handle any type of hair! They even do makeup!
