The crew was super thorough and professional! I was a bit anxious about how the trees would look after pruning, but the trees looked very natural afterwards. They actively asked for my input as to whether I wanted more/less pruned. We have a huge big leaf maple tree and they very skillfully climbed up to get some dead branches. I was impressed and will definitely use their services later when it's time to prune again!
Blooma's arborists (and all of their staff members) are outstanding. We live on a small lot that happens to have a very large tree out back; their care has helped us keep it happy and healthy for many years now. Their tree and plant care program has been a great way for us to ensure that our soil provides the nourishment needed by our various plantings. It's really important to me that we have ISA-certified arborists working with us, and I've always found Blooma to be prompt, professional, and more than worth their (very reasonable) price.
Highly recommend. Called three companies to get bids on several dead/dying trees (1 dead from heat dome, 2 dead from birch beetle) and Blooma arborist was great with information, ideas to reduce the total cost. Crew was EXCELLENT! Professional--"here's what we're going to do and how we're going to do it", courteous, and efficient--cleaned and yard looks better than before. Happy to give Blooma 5-stars.
Overall, our experience with Blooma was good. Unlike other places, they actually responded to our inquiry. Additionally, unlike other service providers, they showed up on time on the day they said and did what they said they were going to do. On the surface, this might seem basic, but our experience with other service providers (other tree trimming places, landscapers, plumbers) tells us this this level of customer service is not common place. The price was not great, but fair for Seattle. Overall, we are happy with Blooma and will use them again in the future.
They did a great job with my large black walnut tree. Appreciated their communications before and during their work on the tree. Thoughtful about the balance between aesthetics and tree health. Importantly, everyone was being careful and had safety gear on.
