We came in knowing exactly what we wanted & it was very easy to obtain! Though the availability of our item was pretty backed up, we appreciated the thorough details on when we could expect the latest availability & expectations. Christian, Asia & the manager (sorry I forget your name!) have been good to us every time we are in there. They give you the space to look around & feel things out before reproach, which I appreciate! Transaction was simple & smooth. I will update my review once I receive my item!
Our sales person was top notch. We went to the Colerain location, and I believe his name was Corey. Not only him, but the PSA that helped us was great too. No pressure, left us alone to discuss, ultimately found the perfect sectional but needed some slight changes to it. He quickly jumped in and was able to put together the best version and what we needed. Price was fair and all in all we are happy so far. Just need to pick it up in a couple weeks and we will be happy. Looking forward to our new couch
Best experience we've had in a furniture store! Great people and great prices. Our salesman Blake answered all our questions and took us right to the furniture we were describing/looking for! He even offered us a cup of ice cream, which my wife gladly accepted. We were able to purchase a new black kitchen table that is actually a true black, that is hard to find at least with our experience. Along with a charcoal bedroom set! Warranties came with all our furniture and they even offer delivery and will assemble everything in your home. If you've made it this far, I'm telling you give this place a shot! You'll definitely be getting good quality furniture when buying from Bob's. Rose, the manager, was also great! She was very kind and welcoming and even went over everything with us before confirming our purchase! This store will definitely be our go to place when we are in need of anything furniture!
Quincy was my sales associate who helped me with my selection and the entire sales process. I had numerous questions about firmness and fit based on the dimensions of my family room, where it would need to be set up. The features of the sectional unit that I chose were perfect, including the color scheme. And the delivery process, although a bit on the pricey side, was well worth the added money with the 'out of the box' unpacking and setup done onsite, timely and completely. The two-man team was fabulous- professional, skilled, friendly, and quite tolerant of my request to remove their shoes for the final destination of the furniture over week-old new carpeting to match. Both were decisive, extremely proficient and hard-working, and always with a smile and determination to do the right thing the right way. I am super-impressed and delighted with their work. Overall, a MAJOR thanks and my promise that Bob's will be tops on my first-choice list in the future.
Very nice and curious. I’m so plan Jane I wanted something different not me ish and was looking to mix and match sets. The sale helped my husband move furniture around so I can get an idea on how it would look in my home. The delivery guys were just as cool as the salesmen they set it up and even rearranged it when I wasn’t sure where I wanted the pieces. I will definitely return for my home furnishings needs.
