Stephanie greeted me warmly when I walked through the door. I already had the furniture I wanted in mind, so she was helpful and friendly as she went through the order process with me. It was my first time ordering furniture for myself as an adult. I was worried about how my wardrobe would be transported to my second floor bedroom, but the three delivery men were able to carry it up with no damage. Thank you so much!
Malak K was amazing during the whole process. No judgement and super sweet. She was engaging the whole time and checked everything for me and my family. Spending money at Bob’s felt so easy and smooth. She was outstanding in every aspect. My only problem was that a couple of guys in the pickup area kinda yelled at me when I parked my car by the pickup gate. I didn’t like that at all. But overall I will be coming back thanks to Malak
This is my personal experience, never buy bob furniture and especially goof warranty because they don’t cover anything. I bought goof warranty for my all furniture but ended up not covered. My recliner and bed frame broke but they didn’t cover anything. Finally I paid and fixed my own.
If I can give the 0 stars I would. When Infist placed my order the sales lady was very uninterested. My sister and I both placed an order. Now Come Sunday. Customer service is closed. I have to wait till Monday to speak to someone. They delivered my items and the table have missing screws and the people can’t even put the table set together. They told me I would have to buy screws and put it together myself after spending about $300 on delivery. Highly pissed!!!!

As we explored the different bedroom sets, Omar stayed nearby to ensure we had assistance whenever needed. He even checked the inventory to help us find options that were available sooner, since we were hoping to furnish our new place quickly. Omar made the entire decision process much easier—he was patient, genuine, and never pressured us, allowing us to make our own decision at our own pace. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and helped us feel confident in our final choice. We’ll definitely be back in the future! Highly recommend shopping here if you’re looking for high-quality, reasonably priced furniture with excellent customer service.
