After purchasing the BoConcept Alicante dining table, my actual user experience has been very disappointing. Within one day of use, I noticed a clear design issue: there is a visible gap between the ceramic tabletop and the base. Food and liquid easily get trapped in this gap and it is almost impossible to clean, which raises serious hygiene concerns, especially for households with children. I contacted BoConcept to request a return. I was informed that this issue is not considered a manufacturing defect, and therefore a full refund was refused. While it may not be a manufacturing issue, this type of design is simply not suitable for a dining table used daily.
We recently bought a new corner sofa and were managed by Can. Everything went well with good advice and helpful handling of our order. The comfort and quality of the sofa are excellent and delivery went smoothly. Highly recommended furniture store.
Great shopping experience at BoConcept Tottenham Court Road. All of the staff we dealt with were polite and friendly. Our ‘personal’ sales assistant, Bhavini was knowledgeable in the products we were interested in. She was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She was also very patient with us as we had many a dilemma with the vast choice of products available.
We’ve bought from BoConcept TCR twice and on both occasions supported by Parminder (and her colleague Can). We agonized over our selections, did multiple visits, asked a myriad of questions and on all interactions Parminder and Can were knowledgeable, patient & professional. Gave us samples to take home, suggested we look at the room and samples at different times of the day. Never pushy and if anything, extremely accommodating. Brilliant service and exceptional quality furniture!
