These guys did a great job getting my hot tub moved. Jason and his team were very easy to work with and went beyond just moving the hot tub. Both the extraction from the old location and the deployment at the new house were handled with expert care and zero damage. Final placement was exact, leveled, and secured to standard. This team is exceptional! We had purchased a hot tub and there were a few issues with our order, which the store had not resolved. Obviously this is not Boise Spa Movers' issues, it was with the store. Jonathan and team not only delivered our hot tub, but went far above and beyond his responsibilities in ensuring we were connected with the folks who could resolve our issues with the store. The actual delivery and set up went perfectly. From the beginning, the team was timely, had great communication, were careful about how they moved the tub to the backyard, ensured they were setting up exactly as we wanted, took time to explain the fill process and things to look out for, and left the space perfectly tidy. If we ever have another need to move or remove a spa, we know who to call, hands down!

Boise Spa Movers was exceptional. They arrived right when expected, were very professional and had all of the equipment necessary to move the spa quickly and efficiently. Jason and Dean were friendly and very knowledgeable. They had a tremendous attention to detail and took the time to place the spa in the perfect position both aesthetically, while being in-line with the stubbed electric. The emphasis was not on dropping it off and moving on to the next delivery, but on a quality service. The also gave me a comprehensive overview on setting up and maintaining my new spa. I recommend them very highly and would not use anyone else in the future.
