Been getting my nails done here for a few months now and I can say they always do a great job - my acrylics last 4+ weeks with barely any lifting and their prices are good! Definitely recommend 😌
Not really one to leave a review but my experience was odd. Three different nail techs worked on my nails at different stages and all were lovely, I have no fault with service. The application however felt a little rushed and when shaping at the final bit, some of the polish was unintentionally taken off but was not replaced. I do however love the colour and shape and would be willing to give it another try.
Owner is aggressive rude and verbally abuse he made me cry today all because I complained when I had an allergic reaction to their callus remover during my pedicure the staff are lovely but the owner is an abusive rude and aggressive man be warned! I paid £55 for my manicure and I didn’t leave without paying you liars I said I’m not paying for the pedicure because of how bad my feet looked after you put callus remover on when I have no calluses and you should make clients sign a waiver and perform a patch test how can you blame me? Don’t worry my solicitors and the police will take it from here I paid and I have the receipts of bank transfers of proof so how dare you lie and try and tarnish my reputation. For the record, I left and nobody asked me to leave I left quietly and respectfully and yes it’s on CCTV and I was crying because the owner was shouting and he was not polite stop lying God is watching you and you will get your come upponce for what you’ve done shame on you I’ve spent hundreds in your shop and been a loyal and kind customer and when I have an allergic reaction this is how you treat me? Blaming me and making lies, I know the truth the staff know the truth and God knows the truth also I have screenshots that I did pay so stop lying you should be ashamed of yourselves.
I showed a design of a spider web, they tried their best to replicate it, the lines are all different and the pigment was also varying. I was with two different nail techs through the process and they did my biab infill very nicely, a few scrapes on my cuticles but that wasn’t an issue for me. I wish they had told be beforehand that they weren’t super confident in nail art as it doesn’t look amazing, but it doesn’t look terrible either. The vibe was very chill and the nail techs were very nice. I would go again but not for nail art!
I was well looked after today for gel toes and fingernails. The lady was so kind and gentle making me feel welcome. I will come back :) thank you I love my nails. Xx
