Great experience with Bolt Electric. Had a GFI installation issue. Got in touch with Bolt through Angie’s List. Fortunately they had a cancellation and fit us right in. It was a complicated problem that required some real sleuthing. The technician was fast, efficient and professional. I would definitely use than again for any electrical issue.
The man who fixed my issue was very knowledgeable and professional. I had received two estimates earlier from other 5 star listed companies and I was later informed what they proposed wasn’t even possible. So I was not only pleased with the fast service and pricing but he was much more knowledgeable about the work required. I will definitely use again and have referred all my friends to them.
Bolt Electric quickly responded to my call when we thought there was a potential fire hazard from faulty wiring, and noticeable electric burn odor. My warranty company could not get one of their contracted companies to send anyone within 4 days, so I contacted Bolt and they sent an electrician over within 2 hours. He carefully diagnosed the problems we had at a light switch, doorbell, chime, and panel and explained everything clearly. It's really nice dealing with professionals who provide excellent customer service, at a time when that's not always the priority. I don't always leave positive reviews, but when I do, it's for people who make that extra effort.
Noah Hillman was very kind, knowledgeable, fast and dedicated to getting my nightmare electricity situated corrected and issues fixed. Good prices and I would recommend. First time user but if I have any other concerns I would def call them again because of his excellent service.Thank you so much!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Bolt Electric and their technician Sam. We had a scary situation this morning when our son turned on his ceiling fan light, which sparked and shorted out. Bolt was able to come out this morning and Sam was able locate the short and replaced the ceiling fan. While he was at it, we asked him to install another fan and a dimmer switch. So happy, everything works perfectly. He was very clean, organized and left no trace that he was ever at our house or did any work. While he was here and as their standard practice, he gave us a full inspection with some recommendations. We will be using them again, worth every penny. Thank you Sam!
