I began my martial arts journey in May of 2022, and my life has changed for the better since then. Boon Martial Arts, is the BEST when it comes to quality technique. Coach boon, and many other instructors who teach the Muay Thai, Jiu jitsu & mixed martial arts are world class teachers, helping each individual with their journey, weather its fitness goals or competition. when you walk through the doors you’re greeted with warm welcomes & smiling faces from students & instructors who are at first strangers, but soon become great friends turned family. This was one thing that stood out to me when I first began my journey. Trying new things as an adult can be intimidating especially when you don’t quite know anyone. Luckily students and staff make it a good habit to introduce themselves so everyone feels right at home. Martial arts at BMA has taught me a lot of valuable things as well as timeless self defense techniques. It’s taught me self accountability, that hard work always pays off, and that team work really does make the dream work ! I’m sure I can speak for many when I say that we all want to be a part of something where we feel we belong, and boon martial arts is that for me. It has become my home away from home, the place where I find peace. So this is my message to you readers who are curious about taking up martial arts. Come, join, have fun and be apart of the BMA family !!
Wonderful first experience ! I loved that they did a private lesson with my son the first time to give him confidence. His teacher Mr. S was professional, respectful , patient while maintaining high expectations of my son. Excited to get started today !
