Always a great store to visit, a plethora of cool stuff on display and to demo. Josh was very helpful in assisting with my purchase of PA Stands; it was my first time buying these and he assured me these would fit my speakers, also drawing from his own personal experience with the product to ensure it was fit for my purpose. I visited the Manchester store last weekend after buying a case for my controller that was too big. Dan from head office was very considerate over email of my situation given that I bought the case over the Xmas period and helped me authorise the refund for the item. I then attended the Manchester store where I was greeted by Josh who was kind, welcoming and hugely knowledgeable. Josh assisted me with my return and then provided some great alternative options to overcome the problems I had with the case. I look forward to visiting again soon. Cheers Lads !
Visited to get a pair of new cans. Josh was really helpful and took the time to help me pick the right pair. I ended up leaving with a great deal and the right kit. Goes to show there is nothing comparable to specialist expertise and trying stuff in person. Don't mail-order—go to a pro shop. Thanks, Bop DJ!
Absolutely loved this shop. Was served by Josh, took two days for me to find the right new PA speaker but nailed it. Product demo’s, very good knowledge etc etc. would highly recommend
Popped into the Manchester branch looking for a controller, Josh was on hand took me for a look around. He has great knowledge of everything and was very helpful. After discussing my needs and budget he pointed me in the direction of a traktor S2 🤓 happy days if you need anything Dj wise or production or even speaker this is the place. Just need a better laptop now😩
