Go elsewhere. The prices are crazy expensive, 28 dollars for an hour at the pool table, then 90 dollars per hour for bowling. At this premium price I expected a premium or at least a normal bowling experience. Instead, it was the outdated, strings attached pins that drop extra pins without even touching them, you can get a strike and out of no where, New pins come back up. Overall experience is WAY OVERPRICED for what you get. Would have been OK if the lanes were at least average, but they're not.
JUANITA, SASHA and TASHEKA are THE BEST! Juanita, from the front desk, was very friendly and informative when I called about bowling in the 21+ Xperience Lounge. She answered all my questions. Initially I planned NOT to make a reservation, but because the occasion was for my friend's birthday, I figured it'd be best to have a reservation. So I called back to make a reservation and the manager Tasheka answered the phone. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great setup for the birthday celebration! Talking to her felt like I was talking to an old friend...reminiscing about when Boston Bowl used to be open 24/7 haha. Upon arrival, I met the supervisor Sasha. We had less people in our party than originally expected, but Sasha still made sure we got the VIP treatment. She was so personable and hospitable, I can't thank her enough! The people in my group were also very impressed with Sasha and the way she made us all feel welcomed like VIPs! We're already planning on when we can visit again with a bigger group. Thank you to everyone on the team! -Jonathan
Too pricey. Plenty of tables but one hour at 28 , that one hour flies. All 9 footers, the table played good.
Just the fun of playing bowling gives you the stars on this review, you guys for sure want to read why. The service in the front desk to make the reservation was insane. The woman looked like she didn't want to do her job, throwing us side eyes and with zero courtesy. Besides that the food and bowling were good. Just a little recommendation, tell your staff to have a better attitude with their customers even if you don’t care at least pretend.
I put one star because it didn't let me leave it blank! Horrible customer service! The guy at the desk, ''named Wolf?'' was so rude with me and my friends that were trying to ask about this promotion ''Per Person, Per Game'' and we bought the promotion three times because we were three, weren't we supposed to get three games? He was any good at explaining, seemed to be lost within their policies and didn't offer any help to solve the issue, he started to curse at us and tried to get us off the desk to assist other customers. We saw no manager onsite and were even scared about asking for a manager because of the dude's attitude. I feel like we were scammed, and this is definitely false advertisement, this is not a PER PERSON, PER GAME. Also, it seems to be mandatory to buy socks and you clearly see that anybody wears them? Why is this a mandatory policy and they don't make sure people wears them? I will be happy to give more details about what happened if someone contacts me, but this was really a bad experience for us and it was not the first time I go to this place, which shocked me because I never had such bad experience.
