Leila was amazing with my dog bubbles. He had a little trouble with his nails, but Leila handled him professionally and perfectly. Bubbles wanted to go back with her! 😂 he looks amazing, thanks to Leila. I highly recommend her!
I am so so happy that Cooper and I found Leila! I was looking for a nice and trustworthy place for him to get groomed and start the year looking amazing. And Leila went above and beyond to make Coops look SO GOOD!! I really appreciate the effort and patience she underwent to get rid of all his knots. I’d give 6 Stars if I could!!! Leila was an absolute lifesaver to our foster dog Djuke!!! On December 23rd we picked Djuke up from the pound, and it was clear he was in a horrendous state. Fur completely matted to the skin, absolutely reeking of urine and yeast, and in a constant state of anxiety and discomfort. On the morning of Christmas Eve I called 10+ groomers frantically asking for any availability for an emergency grooming. Most groomers I didn’t even bother calling, as they were understandably closed for the holiday season. Finally, Leila picked up the phone, asked about his story, and said she could squeeze him in. She was so empathetic, Djuke LOVED her, and the results speak for itself — he looks amazing, smells amazing, and more importantly he feels amazing; not only is he finally comfortable in his skin, but the amazing work that Leila did on him has actually helped ease his anxiety, allowing his true personality to shine and bringing him closer to finding his forever home. I have no doubt that if it weren’t for the amazing groom Leila gave him, he’d still be a shell of himself like he was when we first brought him into our care. Thank you Leila, for your empathy, compassion, and skill. Djuke wouldn’t be entering the New Year with hope, happiness, and a light in his eyes without you. BEFORE VS AFTER pics are attached, as well as a pic of Djuke begging for pats from her when she handed him back to me. Only an angel of a soul could get such a reaction after bringing a fearful adult dog through their first groom! If you’re looking for a dog groomer that’s loving, gentle, trustworthy, and damn good at what they do, Leila welcomes every dog with open arms and a dedicated heart. I've been taking my dog to Leila at Bow Wow Groom Room for over five years now, and I couldn't be happier with the care she provides. Not only does my dog look absolutely fantastic after every grooming session, but more importantly, he feels safe and comfortable with Leila. All cuts include scissor cutting at no extra charge, whereas most other places charge premium rates for this service. She takes the time to recommend different styles that suit my dog's coat and lifestyle, considering weather and trends. Each grooming session feels personalised and tailored to our specific needs. After trying several groomers over the years, I've settled on here as our permanent choice - I can confidently say this is the best grooming service in the area!
Our dog had her first groom with Leila and she looks amazing! Leila did such a great job and we’re so happy with the outcome. Our dog looks super fluffy and is so soft. Leila was so lovely and kind with our dog. You can tell she loves what she does and has a big heart for dogs. Can’t recommend her enough. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Leila 💗🐶
