He evaluated my plumbing problem quickly and made the repair with ease. Some other plumbers would have had me remove flooring and areas of a wall and still not found the problem. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was scheduled (the next morning). The young man was here right on time, was friendly, polite, efficient, and patient, answering my many questions without hesitation. Very efficient.
