Quelques commentaires signalent des retards aux heures de pointe lorsque les réservations coïncident avec l’affluence.

Worst experience. Made a reservation on their website for 5:30pm on a Saturday. As it is a holiday weekend, we scheduled in advance. When we arrived, there was a long line of people waiting for service at the front counter. A mountain of shoes have accumulated on the counter, presumably due to no one being assigned to man the desk. We did not see anyone come to the front for 30 minutes! When someone did come out, we were told there were no lanes available at all and the kitchen was closed because they were backed up. So… what was the point of making a reservation?! The icing on the cake was hearing the manager/supervisor say out loud to an employee clocking in (when someone finally did show up) that there was a $10,000 large party about to show up where he would rather focus their attention. Aren’t all paying customers valued? The staff was clearly flustered and overwhelmed. Their attempts to pacify the clearly agitated crowd was filled with attitude. I felt like we were inconveniencing them. Maybe close off reservations on your website next time, or position staff better. Leaving the front unattended for that long is ridiculous. Wish it was a better experience cause the place looked really nice.
Joey was great! Not only did he run the whole place with ease, he was super friendly and helped us out a lot. Great experience and kids had a lot of fun. If there were any problems with the lanes, it was fixed right away.
We celebrated our work holiday party here and Tasia provided us impeccable service. Highly recommend!!
I took my kiddo here last Sunday and was so impressed with the entire experience. The facility was spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated that the bowling balls were already set out on the return, each with two different finger sizes (small/medium) so everyone could find a good fit. Our hostess took our food and drink order right after we picked up our shoes, so by the time we started bowling, everything was ready for us to enjoy. My kiddo loved the digital menu and ordering system—we could place a quick dinner order without ever leaving the lanes. I honestly don’t know how this place gets anything but excellent reviews. It’s the perfect spot for a fun, easy Sunday afternoon!
Fun place to bowl! Friendly staff. Plenty of lanes. Loved that there were TVs to watch the Brewers baseball game. The only issue was the prize kiosk machine in the arcade was sort of wonky. I didn’t receive any prize. Just an empty plastic thing. Other than that, we would bowl here again just maybe not do the arcade next time.
