Date: August 29, 2025 The high today is projected to be 100°. My AC went out last night and I was desperate to find someone to come fix it. In a situation like this, you're pretty much at the mercy of whoever you call, and you can't call around for the best price. I called Bravo and Frank came out almost right away this morning. He replaced the electrical capacitor. The cost was less than $350.00. Honestly, he could have charged more, but he seems like a serious and honest guy that doesn't take advantage. I was nervous that he would, because plenty of people would, but he didn't. Thank you Frank. So if you have the luxury of time to choose someone, I would definitely recommend Bravo.
Scheduled a routine maintenance appointment via email which was very simple. The technician, Frank, was polite and told me what he was going to do ahead of time. Also at the end of the service, he let me know that everything was working correctly. I liked how they didn’t try to sell me something which almost always happens with service calls.
A friend of ours recommended Bravo to us, and they did not disappoint. Setting up the appointment for my repair was easy, they were able to fit me in today, the part I needed was available and my AC is up and running. My tech Jorge was very nice and explained everything to me clearly. Great experience.
I normally don't post reviews, but I feel I need to let every family know... We are very blessed to have found this company. This company is a class act. Great, honest, and dependable service. We bought a used home, our proud fixer upper... We started with getting a mini split installed in our garage. We are very happy with it. Bravo Air gave good recommendations for our needs. From the time I called to the moment they left after install, everything is professional, timely, communicated well and cleanly installed. We feel like VIPs and always feel like we are the priority. Now fast forward 6 months and our aging central air system was no longer cooling. We remembered the great job they did with our mini split system so we called... Again, great service. They had a tech out to our house quickly to diagnose, replace our AC coil and we're back in comfort. Very reasonably priced and again, very clean install. Our system is running great. Thanks Bravo! You've gained a life long customer.
