I just have to say SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE Not only is Oxana kind she's just darlin!! she DID AN AMAZING JOB with my injections. I didn't feel a thing!! She made me photo ready for my red carpet event!! 2 of my girlfriends are going to make appointments after seeing the results and im going back IN 2 WEEKS LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE 😀
Oxana is truly an artist. I’ve relocated to Arizona and still make the trip to Los Angeles every time I’m due for Botox. I’ve never met anyone so efficient yet thorough at the same time. The very first consultation you have with her, she will sit down with you and go over all of your concerns, and then discuss hers. She genuinely takes the time to evaluate your face and determine what works best for your personal aesthetic goals. She has a gentle touch, excellent bedside manner, and is extremely professional. I also appreciate that she never tries to upsell, which makes the experience even better.
I can’t explain it as thoroughly as I want to. Oxana is truly one of the most compassionate at pricking your face with Botox. For those that need it She offers props for your comfort such as numbing cream and heart cushions you can squeeze. Aside from her compassion she is professional. The spa is meticulously clean and is located right in the heart of Hollywood. There’s a parking structure adjacent to the studio but if you’re like me there’s plenty of meter parking. Her beautiful face says it all!!! Her attention to detail is second to none. ❤️🥰☺️
I love Oxana and Bright Medical Spa! I did my first Botox session ever today after my initial consultation. She took the time to go through everything with me and made me feel very comfortable. I’m super excited to see my full results in two weeks. I highly recommend her!
A friend recommended Oxana to me and I’m so glad she did! Oxana is lovely, kind, and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. She’s so good that my sister used her when she was in town and said she hasn’t found anyone like Oxana! Specifically, Oxana takes in you, your whole face and looks at your individual needs, versus just injecting Botox/Jeuveau in the standard areas. She assesses where your face would benefit and discusses it with you. She’s never tries to upsell. She’s very clear in her communication making sure you are in agreement with what she is suggesting. She is clear before the treatment re how many units she will be using and how much it will cost. And her fees are some of the best in LA. She keeps records of your past visits so you can always know what has been done when and where on your face. It’s very rare to find someone like her. She offers many other wonderful skin treatments in addition to Botox/Jeuveau. Highly recommend Oxana at Bright Medical Spa, she’s the absolute best! Great location in Hollywood, has an attached parking structure that is reduced with validation.
