Really happy. The boys installed split air in spare bedroom and replaced a couple of ceiling fans plus some other minor electrical works. Were efficient, friendly and well priced. Highly recommend
Quality Service and Value if that's what you want with your air conditioner then Brisbane Air is the company for you. They turned up on time for the inspection and quote gave reliable advice and had a quote returned the same day. Installation was arranged and again then turned up within the nominated time slot completed the installation cleaned up after the installation took away the rubbish and old system, so we are very happy clients of Brisbane Air. Thank you for reconfirming that some companies still believe in Quality Service and Value.
Great Service from Start to Finish! I had a fantastic experience with Brisbane air. They arrived right on time, which is always a huge plus. The service was incredibly quick, and they didn’t waste any time getting the job done. Not only that, but the team was super friendly and made sure to explain everything they were doing. They were very informative, answering all my questions and giving me tips on maintenance. Highly recommend their services—professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with! Will be going through them again in the near future.
These guys are great. This is the 3rd time we have used them and we highly recommend them. Great service, great communication, accurate timeframe and reasonable pricing. Ours was not the easiest install but they were brilliant. Polite, well skilled and no mess after. We recommend to everyone.
Absolutely shocking. We went with Brisbane Air because of their good reviews, but we were very disappointed with their work. They should not be performing electrical work that is outside their area of competency. What they did was unsafe. We had a couple of fans installed at our rental apartment. Since we weren’t living at the property, we assumed the work was completed safely. To our surprise, we were notified that one of the fans was barely secured to the ceiling with a single screw. On closer inspection, the work was atrocious. There was no care taken with the job or the safety of the electrical work. As shown in the photo, the fan was attached to the ceiling by 1 screw. We had other issues e.g. the paint around the switches were peeled away, and the fan controller was never replaced with a new fan controller that was supplied to Brisbane Air for this job. We contacted Brisbane Air about this job but never heard back from them. You can’t rely on 5-star reviews these days. I would not trust their quality of work, and if you do go ahead with them, you should supervise the job closely to ensure it's done properly.
