We have been taking Luna to Broadmore since she was a puppy. She LOVES daycare! We also boarded Luna and our other dog, Nova, at Broadmore when we went out of the country earlier this year. All the staff have been kind and caring to our furkids and we trust them very much. The staff are super friendly and communicative as well. My ONLY qualm would be with the grooming appointments - it would be nice if only available times lots showed up on the Gingr app. Otherwise, the actual groomer is wonderful with our timid dog. I recommend Broadmore to everyone I can. I can't speak highly enough of them!
Bo loves Broadmore! The staff treats him like a prince, which he appreciates! The groomer is terrific and does a great groom every time. I wouldn’t leave Bo anywhere else.
The staff at Broadmore take great care of my pup, and always greet her by name. It's clear she loves to go there and play. I really appreciate knowing she's safe and having a good time.
I just picked up my girls yesterday after an overnight stay at Broadmore. After my original pet care plans fell through, Broadmore was able to accept a reservation on a Sunday evening for a Monday morning drop off (obviously can't be guaranteed but I was so incredibly grateful). When I was making the reservation, the staff member Madison helped me to decide on a kennel size that would be suitable for my needs AND save a little bit of money, plus help to comfort my dogs if they got any separation anxiety. As I dropped off my two large dogs, I advised that one of them was reactive and would likely be unfriendly around other dogs. The staff member (whose name I didn't catch) asked if I would want them to try socializing her with other dogs and I gave the go ahead. When I arrived the next day to pick up, they told me that she had done great! She had played with a whole group of other dogs! I'm almost emotional now because I never expected to hear that. Only a confident and competent handler could have achieved that with my reactive girl. I spoke briefly with the staff member (whose name I also didn't catch) when I picked up on Tuesday evening, and she was also a delight. She was so personable, friendly, reassuring. I had als called a few times to communicate plans for pick up. I spoke with Parker who was also lovely. Every step of the way made this experience a delight. I'm a a naturally anxious person and emotional about leaving my dogs in new hands. You just never know what could happen. But I will be coming back to Broadmore. I felt so reassured when I dropped off my girls, and now I'm confident in returning in the future.
I have total confidence in the way Broadmore Pet Retreat cares for my Sparkles, a 6-lb. Yorkiepoo, and I’m so grateful for their TLC! When Sparkles and her late 18-year-old brother went for a test visit at a different boarding facility, the cameras showed a staff member talking on her phone and kicking dogs away in the small dog room when they approached her. Although the kicking wasn’t violent, it was far from the way that I wanted my dogs to be cared for, and the person in charge simply reprimanded the caregiver and place during a room with larger dogs and another attendant. My former vet recommended Broadmore, and both Owners called me personally and expressed as much concern over the event as I had and encouraged me to bring my pups in. That was about four years ago, and warm personalities of the caregivers gives me incredible peace of mind. Sparkles has always excited as we near the facility, and comes home tired and happy! I love these people in this facility!
