Very low quality screen! Do not waste your money, I paid $160 for the iPhone 13 Pro Max HD screen replacement (the highest they offer) and the quality for darker resolution is absolute trash! I need to have the brightness up over 50% to get better quality. When they told me to check the screen to make sure if it’s okay, they told me to raise the brightness all the way up because they knew the quality was poor for darker resolution. They also advertise 20 min repair but take over an hour! Don’t waste your time and money on these scam artists. Funny how none of their bad reviews show up on the front page of their business, what’s up with that Google!

Brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max in to get screen & battery repair. Phone was working but wasn't charging well and screen was cracked. I paid 350$ to get phone fixed, only for it to stop working (iPhone would stay on for 5-10 minutes, before freezing & auto-restarting) After calling back, customer service rep wanted me to go to a different location to meet with the original technician. Not exactly 20 minutes
We had the most bizarre experience here. My husband called about fixing his screen. He talked to the manager twice. He said it would cost $100-$150 for parts and labor. The process would be to come in person so they could confirm the part needed, then to come back when they had to part. My husband arrived and the worker greeted him saying, 'Oh yes, you talked to my manager.' And then quoted him over $300 for the repair. My husband explained, that that was not what he said on the phone, then said "So your manager lied?" The worker shrugged. He left and had to pay for parking even though he didn't receive services.
Hello. Yesterday my kid bought the tempered glass screen protector, for iPad Pro 11”. The nice technician here installed it. There was a speck under the glass, afterwards, which I showed to him. He said it was water, which would go away from the heat of iPad usage. It is now the next day. The speck remains, even after hours of my kid playing Roblox last night. I brought the iPad back to request a redo and the same nice guy was still there and did a full redo, no extra charge. Bravo. Thank you
