I love the work quality and service at this shop. Everyone here is smiling, and the repairs are top-notch. Especially the car wash guy at the end; he washed my car inside and out until it looked brand new. I'm extremely satisfied!
I recently got into a small parking lot accident and needed a Tesla-certified collision shop. After calling around, I was referred to Brooks Motor Car in Alameda, and I’m really glad I chose them. From the moment I arrived, Frank greeted me and made the process incredibly smooth. He quickly took photos of the damage, explained how everything would work, and got the estimate started right away. Frank handled all communication with the insurance company and even coordinated the rental car, which made things so much easier for me. Throughout the repair, I could track the progress online and received text updates directly from the shop—something I really appreciated. My car was in the shop for about three weeks, and when I picked it up, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. Teslas are known for their panel gaps, but the car came back looking better than it did before the accident! After inspecting the car, I noticed a small scratch that had been overlooked. I brought it up to Frank, and his team took care of it right away, even providing me with another rental while they fixed it. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Frank and the entire Brooks Motor Car team were professional, communicative, and truly cared about getting everything perfect. I highly recommend this shop to anyone—especially Tesla owners—looking for quality, trustworthy collision repair
My car was truly left better than new. They are the only shop in the Bay Area I would trust with such a difficult paint to match. I took my F-Type to them with British Racing Green paint and the repair is completely invisible. The car is spotless. Luis went above and beyond as well to ensure the repair came out perfect.
After being a victim of random vandalism in Oakland, I was discouraged when my insurance company refused to cover some of the repairs. Brook’s Motors completely turned that experience around. Frank, the manager, provided exceptional customer service—he went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired properly, even for the work my insurance denied. His professionalism, kindness, and integrity made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. I also want to thank the person who detailed my car. What an awesome unexpected and thoughtful surprise that truly brightened my day. Not only was the broken glass cleaned out my interior looked like new again!! In a world that can often feel full of sharks, Brook’s Motors reminded me that good, kind people still exist in the Bay Area. My car looks amazing, but more importantly, I left with peace of mind knowing I was treated with respect and care by every member of the Brooks Motor Team I came in contact with. If you drive a Mercedes, Brooks is the best in the business. They truly did an incredible job. Rhett helped me with my vehicle and we spoke multiple times a week so I knew exactly what was happening. Although they had it for over a month to ensure things were done right, when I got my car back it was immaculate and repaired with the precision and care that had her looking good as new. Customer service and care are not extras at Brooks, they are included in the experience and I deeply appreciated the detail and excellent service I received. All around very happy customer.
