Stay away! They do not come out and give you an estimate, they base it on standard size of your home. They also ask you to send pictures of everything which we did. They estimated 5 hours for 2 men and took more than twice that time. As soon as the truck arrived the driver knew this was not a 2 man job, nor would it take 5 hours. He also knew he would not be able to fit everything. He never even saw the pictures that were taken.He asked for backup and none was given. I called and asked to speak to a manager 3 times. No one called me back. BAD customer service!
Amazing service!..Again! The 2 guys were awesome! Communicative, kind, careful, and quick. I got Aiden again, who did my move about 2 years ago and he's consistent for sure. Both of the guys provided A+ service. Will def use this company for my next move and will refer them to everyone. Thanks guys! Great job!!
Where do I start ,stay away from this company. We hired this company to do our moved August 9th. We spoke over the phone and we ask if they do TV mount. And Gary say yes with the extra charge off $40. We trust in this company and the day this two workers in the pictures, put the TV up it fail. Thankfully our kids didn’t get hurt and the guys were able to catch the TV Unfortunately, my wall got severe damage. We were so naïve that we pay them the full amount of the moving , they only deducted $50 . The workers explain to us that they have a claim department that we needed to submit a claim or speak to Gary to get into an agreement for refund. We try to negotiate with Gary but now he’s not answering our calls I put a complaint with the BBB and on his statement he’s denying, they do TV mount. I have ring cameras on my house they recorded everything including the U-Haul truck ID. We got an estimate from a contractor at fixing the wall will cost $950. We asked Gary for a refund and of course he’s ignoring our calls. I did a further investigation and filed a liability insurance on the website I submit a claim and they wrote me back that they’re assurance is being inactive since 2019. I will officially said that email giving this company seven days to comply with the refund. The next step was taking it to the court and the amount will be higher. I did notify the department of agriculture to conduct a further investigation to see if the state of Florida moving company are required to have liability insurance to be in compliance, and I’m waiting for them to call me . The loyalty of the customer should be respected at this company promote false advertisement and if you are seeking for a moving company and your values your items, please stay away they will not respond if something gets damaged. We learned the hard way.
Never ever use these movers. The owner Gary could care less about the customers. The Sales man Jack will yell at you like your his child. They give low balls estimates so they can get double and triple yor charge later. I have provided pictures of what they consider ready to load for tomorrow trip. Don’t believe the good review believe the photos. These people are horrible I had to hire new movers to fix this horrible job.
