I'm normally pretty disorganised and run in to any brow and lash place. I'm rarely satisfied. It's rushed, misses lashes (tint) and there's no consultation on brows. I was fortunate enough to come here the last time I needed brows and lashes. They're brilliant. (Sim) They have attention to detail. If it wasn't quite right, she spent the extra time making sure I was happy. She recommended a better colour match and works with me to get the correct timing for my tint. I went again today to make sure it was still the same. It was even better. A neck pillow for comfort and a face massage too! Highly recommend. Will be a regular from now on!! Thanks again Sim!
Sim is highly skilled, passionate about her work and very personable. She consistently delivers the perfect brow, remembering my colour and shape. I definitely recommend Brow, Threads & Lashes in Adelaide Arcade for quality service and knock-out brows. Thank you, Sim and the team.
Disappointing. Rude staff. Kindness is just surface level. I’ve been coming to this salon for a while, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. I’ve noticed a clear difference in how customers are treated. The staff tend to be warm and attentive toward Indian clients and those with lighter skin tones, but the same courtesy isn’t extended to everyone else. It creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. On multiple visits, I’ve also heard staff speaking negatively about customers in Hindi whenever someone asks for their service to be done a certain way that they think isn't right. It feels unprofessional and disrespectful. The friendliness they show on the surface doesn’t match their behaviour behind the scenes, and they often dismiss what clients actually want. After giving this place many chances, the treatment has remained the same. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on treating all customers with equal respect.
Visiting from out of town, this was a great place to get a tidy up of the eyebrows by threading. It was a quick wait before I was seen. Sim was excellent at threading and gave good opportunity to review her work and have changes made if needed. It felt like a mini spa treatment, as it finished with a little forehead massage.
My sister, my niece & I all got lash extensions done here yesterday and the ladies were very accommodating and fine a wonderful job with the lashes taking their time to consult with each of us on what we wanted. The day before their appointment they phoned us up to confirm our booking which I really appreciated. Thank you for our beautiful lashes
