I’ve got a membership for my new 2025 car at the Brown Beer car wash, and it’s really a great car wash. Our cars get cleaned very well, and the staff is excellent and hardworking. However, there’s one issue: the towels they use to dry the cars are in poor condition, and I’ll attach some photos to show you. Please pay attention to this, because it can damage our vehicles. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the Brownveer car wash. Thank you.

I saw one of your employees, a woman I have known from previous visits, who has always been professional, kind, and helpful to customers. From what I observed, it appeared that she had just been let go from her position. She was visibly upset and crying, and later drove away quickly. I do not know the reasons behind this decision, but I wanted to share my experience as a loyal customer who has always appreciated her service. This employee has consistently provided excellent customer care and has contributed positively to my experience at your business. I hope that management will take into account her dedication and professionalism, and if possible, communicate with her to better understand the situation. I just asked for one more car air freshener here, and they started talking about policy nonsense. I’m paying $44 a month, and even though I only requested one more car fragrance, they absolutely failed to provide any customer satisfaction.
