Amazing and fast. All so friendly and warm. My son received his first haircut here, and we've been going there ever since. My kiddo loves the firetruck @ the Montrose studio, always excited for his haircut .
We’ve been coming here a few years but won’t be coming back We had a 10 am appt and got there at 10:05. There was a little girl already in the chair and a father and son who had no appointment. I saw them walk in 2 minutes before us. They told us we had to wait until after the walk in to take us. Alma wasn’t even done with the little girl until 10:15 so even if we came on time, my son (who is on the spectrum and sometimes cannot wait for long periods in one place) would have had to wait anyway. We also got a lil attitude from Alma about it. If the chair was free and the father and son walked in before us, i would have totally understood taking them first. But they took a client knowing they wouldn’t be finished before a 10 am appt even though they only had one stylist on. This is greedy. Then expected us to wait until after the walk in. They did offer to take us first after hearing my son is on the spectrum but we left anyway because why does the child have to have a disability in order for a business to do right by them? Why did I even have to tell them that? Also my son’s cuts have never been that great but we still came anyway just for convenience. I’ll take this as a sign to find a better stylist elsewhere, even if it means driving further. Don’t come here.
Always a wonderful experience! They do such a great job with our little one’s hair every time. The stylist is patient, gentle, and super friendly — our baby actually enjoys getting a haircut here! The place is clean, organized, and very kid-friendly. We always leave happy with a cute, neat haircut. Highly recommend!
Amazing place! My son did not want a regular barber. Freaked out with the big serious dude just staring at him without a smile. I was mad I left and found this pace 5 minutes down and they took him in same day. He enjoyed himself so much. They were so patient with him. Offered lolipops and balloons to make it easier. They also have toys to play with while your baby waits for their haircut. Absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend 🥰
Our son always has a wonderful experience at bubble cuts. In fact, we love the studio city location so much that we drive past two other locations to come to this one. Candice in particular is fantastic and so so patient with little ones. She takes her time and makes the hair cut a fun experience for our son. We won't go anywhere else.
