He was kind, respectful, and truly a joy to have in our home. He really knows his stuff — any questions I had, he was more than willing to answer and explained everything clearly, including what to do and what to expect. I especially appreciated that he took the time to reassure me that the product used was safe for my pets and my 9-month-old baby. It gave me such peace of mind!
