They were very easy to work with, he arrived right on time and communicated when he was en route, he set up the jumper and it was perfect. They messaged me before they came to pick it up and overall it was a very smooth transaction. I’ll certainly be using them again this month for my nieces birthday party. I highly recommend.
I found them online, and I can honestly say they were amazing. Such great communication by text to the people who set up to the people that picked up. They were all supper nice. The kiddos had so much fun. 10 out of 10. It was my first time renting a jumper and I did some research, prize point seemed similar with others but im grateful they gave me a discount as promoted on their website for first time clients.
So easy to book. I will definitely rent from Cal Jump again . Quick response and excellent customer service . They have so many bounce house options to choose from and they look really cool. Very reasonable price and they came to deliver on time and pick it up on time as well . I like that they sanitize and clean the bounce house each use . The kids definitely enjoyed it !

Cal Jump was absolutely amazing for our birthday celebration! I was blown away by how far they went above and beyond—no other company was willing to put in the effort to fit two massive inflatables into a tight space with steps, but they made it happen seamlessly. The inflatables were spotless, and the customer service was unmatched. I texted with them multiple times over several weeks, and they were always quick to respond. Their prices are in line with other companies, but their communication, flexibility, and cleanliness set them far apart. I won’t use anyone else for future parties. Thank you, Cal Jump!
