I had the worst experience in this car wash first of all there is no reason for the car wash person to come and tell me I cannot vacuum first then wash my car. There is no reason for him to be in my business while I’m not comfortable with speaking to a stranger with my child by me. Then they went up with their prices, which is crazy and I understand it is economy right now. But the fact that the guy came and asked me why my vacuuming for not washing my car first is crazy. None of your business. I will wash my car when I want to if first or last
I had a terrible/ off putting encounter with a manager (bald man with tattoos today) I’m a mom of 2 small kids so it is ideal for me to vacuum and clean the interior before getting in my car , getting the exterior washed and driving off and leaving. Today I was approached by the “manager” in a very power trip aggressive tone that I was stealing if I didn’t wash my car first. I’ve been going to caliber for YEARS and this has always been my way to clean my car. Never would I have thought I’d be approached this way or reprimanded like I’m here stealing diluted multipurpose spray & semi clean towels. I have no intentions on returning to this specific location (even though it is the closest to my home) and if this is how every location from this establishment feels on combating “”theft” of vacuum uses and sprays. I’d rather clean my car elsewhere. The only upside of the experience today was the older black woman with the pixie cut taking payments. She was wonderful even in our brief exchange
I went last night to wash my other vehicle. The young women there were very nice and very attentive. I will bring my other vehicle here and sign memberships because of this. They were 15 minutes to closing and I didn’t notice because they treated as if they had just opened. Thanks for great customer service. It’s hard to come by these days.
In an Update to this review. When I went to the place and Ask for Camera review, I was told they had them. Upon This I found out that they didn't have Camera reviews for the time I was asking; so Customer Service (Owner), decided at this time nothing can be done. I truly hope that $500-$1000 in damage is worth the integrity of your business. I now see others facing the same situation. People don't realize until they actually look, or until it happens to them. My eyes are open now, I pray it helps others see clearly... I added a screenshot of Their response!!! I have been a member since the Green Oaks Location opened years ago. Almost every encounter I Have had here has been helpful, professional and the prices reasonable. However recent visits have shown a very packed, overwhelmed and faster system than originally designed. A few weeks ago I came to get my car washed and everyone was bumper to bumper going in. The individuals that uses a stick handle brush to clean our window and guide us in had switched spots while I was stopped waiting. While the person was getting ready told me to come in but wasn't paying attention. They were getting their bucket ready. My tires weren't aligned correctly and no guidance. I moved forwards and it Dented my entire Left fender. I came back on October 10, 2025 at 12:15 pm speak to a manager who told me to park up front. I went through the wash and parked up front. I was looking over the damage and noticed more damage to my sides from the brushes. I said nothing, was only concerned about the damage to my fender. The manager was nice, attentive and took pictures. Some guy walked up and said, thats not possible, it doesn't line up, my tires are bigger etc... Wrong, but I said nothing and let him talk. Today October 11, 2025 at 10:35 Am Caliber Car wash stated they spoke to their members and allegedly it didn't line up. Well of course if they had noticed they were at fault and were in fear of losing their jobs there wouldn't be a direct admission. So they denied any wrong doing or damage. I responded with my intent and thanked them for their time. I canceled my membership and will look at different ways to remedy the damage! Zero accountability or attention to detail.
I went there today in order to get a great clean for my car before the first day of classes tomorrow. I was welcomed by Jacqueline and she helped me through the process and got me a sweet deal of unlimited washes for a month $12. Wash was amazing and very detailed. David showed me on of their products and helped me the best way to clean the interior and gave me some recommendations. Overall, the experience was five stars. Thank you Caliber!
