Caliber told me it was very important that I get the body work done because the sensors and cameras would need to be calibrated. The body work was very minimal and I would never have filed a claim for such a small amount of work. They emphasized that the body work should be done mainly for calibration. I agreed. They did the body work (for less than a minor scratch) but when I came to pick up the car, I was notified that they couldn’t calibrate or even check the sensors and cameras. They never told me this until I picked up the car. In short, they talked me into a service that they were not able to provide. Had I known that ahead of time, I would have never submitted a claim to the insurance. I paid for service I didn’t want and then still had to go to the dealership to get them to check the sensors and cameras. I could have simply gone to the dealership had I known and avoided submitting a claim and paying a deductible to insurance. No doubt my premiums will go up as well.
They did an outstanding job with my car it looks like the damage never even happened. The team was kind, professional, and got to work right away. I’m very impressed and highly recommend them

This place was good enough that I had to leave a review! The car doesn’t look like it was ever in a wreck thanks to the outstanding team at Caliber. They kept me posted the entire time, letting me know the ETA on when parts would arrive or when certain parts of the process would be complete. The car looks great and they were professional and friendly the entire time!
Shawn worked on my Highlander. Excellent job, top notch skilled labor. Would highly recommend. Very easy experience through and through.
