This was the second vehicle I had taken to Angel at Caliber Collisions. I have been extremely impressed with both visits. Angel kept me informed throughout the entire process and made me feel that my vehicle was safe and would be well taken care of. The work on my vehicle was completed much sooner than expected and I feel like I am driving a brand new car again. Angel not only kept me informed, but he was friendly, courteous, helpful, and understanding. He followed up with a friendly telephone conversation shortly afterwards to make sure that I was completely happy and satisfied with the service I received. No one wants to be put into a position of having major bodywork done on their vehicle however, if this does happen, I would highly recommend Caliber Collisions to anyone. Everyone that I came in contact with was wonderful! and went above and beyond to go out of their way making sure that I was completely satisfied and happy with their service. I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision (7617 Meany Ave, Bakersfield) and truly want to recommend this location to anyone who ever needs collision repair. This was the first time anyone in my family had a semi-major repair and our first time going through insurance, so I was nervous going into it. From the start, Jason Folger was incredibly helpful. He explained the entire process up front, answered all of my questions, and made everything easy to understand. They handled everything directly with the at-fault party’s insurance, which made a stressful situation so much more manageable. Throughout the repair, their communication was excellent. They kept me updated the entire time my Tacoma was with them, and the work was completed much faster than I expected. When I picked up my truck, it was freshly washed and even cleaned on the inside, such a thoughtful touch. I also noticed they repaired a key scratch from a month earlier that wasn’t part of the collision damage. That small detail honestly blew me away. When I told my family, they were sold on recommending this location to anyone they know. The repair itself was absolutely perfect. I’m so happy to have my Tacoma back home looking brand new again. The customer service, workmanship, and genuine care from this team made the whole experience far less scary than I imagined. I hope I’m never involved in another collision, but knowing how smooth this process was and having a repair shop I can trust in Bakersfield brings me a lot of comfort. Jason was very helpful when it came to my Video call getting fixed. He was Knowledgeable and his wellness to help me was amazing. He help me Reduce my bill knowing that I was paying out of pocket. If you need help with getting your car fixed then this is the right place to be.
Had to have my Mazda 6 brought in due to my neighbor hitting my car doors while it was parked. Damaged both driver side doors and center bar on the body. Not only did this location immaculately repair my vehicle with a perfect paint match, but they had it done in 4 business days! The staff were very friendly and personable; they kept us updated through the entire process as well. Highly recommend this location if you ever need quality work done on your vehicles!
Very satisfied with the work! I was so worried it wasn’t going to look the same before I got hit. Ignacio & his team was nice, they handled everything and had great communication about updates on my car. I liked how I was able to leave the rental car at the shop so I didn’t get charged extra.
