Where to start..... Took my truck in to get fixed after an accident I was involved in. Chose this specific shop due to the reviews rather than choosing a shop closer and more convenient to me. They had my truck for the entire length of my rental car coverage (30 days) and neglected to fix the vehicle in its entirety. They fixed all of the cosmetic body work, but none of the mechanical issues. Had to call to follow up constantly to try and get updates and push them to finish the job as my rental coverage was only for 30 days. When receiving my truck back, the steering wheel was completely off centered. Thought it was an alignment issue, so ended up having to take it back to get re-aligned. Upon inspection, they noticed my tie rods damaged, which was not addressed during the 30 day time frame they had my truck. Took the truck to another shop to get the tie rods fixed and mechanics found my rack was damaged as well, which is another 4k in repairs. Mind you, I have no more rental car coverage since they used up my 30 days just fixing the body work. This has been a nightmare and everything is now on me to make right. Would not recommend taking your car to this shop unless you are strictly looking to get cosmetic damage fixed.

I checked reviews and I decided on Caliber . Jordan was my Representative and he did and excellent job handling the repair. The body work and paint work is perfect and I was thrilled with the repair. Thank you Caliber for restoring my car to me and for doing such a amazing job!! Regards, James
