I came in for an issue with my door frame and got excellent work done. I can’t recommend this location enough. Customer service is great and technicians are great at their craft. I’ll come back for all of my future bodywork needs.
I had a great experience at Caliber Collision on Pickett Road. I brought my car in through USAA for repairs. My service technician was Andrew. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and meticulous when inspecting my vehicle. I asked him about other repairs that needed to be done. He was very honest, didn't try to upsell me, but gave his opinion on which repairs I would pay for myself that would make the biggest difference and ones that wouldn't. I followed his advice and feel like I have a new 2015 Toyota Highlander. Andrew kept me informed throughout the whole process. He is a nice young man who wears a baseball cap with a fishing hook on it. Ask for him.
Let's just say everything from drop off to pickup went smoothly. Tracey kept me informed every step of the way. My car was actually completed earlier and they did a great job!. Definitely recommend
I am glad that Caliber was recommended to me by my Insurance company. They were excellent. Their customer service was professional and courteous. They kept me updated on all parts, repairs and services they performed. My vehicle was ready 4 days earlier than promised. They did an awesome job!
I had a bit of a rough start at Caliber Collision when I first arrived, it seemed like they weren’t too eager to help me, and I almost walked away frustrated. But then Morgan stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and personally provided me with an estimate. Her professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. Thanks to Morgan, I left feeling valued and respected. She’s the reason I’d consider coming back or recommending this location to others!
