I don’t even know how to begin describing how critical CA Rose & team was in making my wedding the definition of perfection. We wanted upscale tacos for our wedding and the execution was flawless. Adrian and her team are the epitome of professionals. The presentation was perfect, and on top of alit all they were really fun people to have at the event 😊 Frankly if you’re deciding between CA Rose and someone else for your event, you’re crazy if you don’t pick CA Rose!!! Thank you thank you to everyone on their team!
California Rose Catering did such an amazing job with our wedding and we are so grateful. We - and our families - have so much gratitude for the amazing job California Rose did for our wedding. We chose family style for our wedding, and the service was amazing. The food - with a custom menu created by Chef Dov - was so delicious. We also had a dessert bar via California Rose that was also spectacular. Many of our guests told us they loved the food, and we are still receiving compliments on the food and service about about month out. Our point of contact and coordinator was Adrian, who is super organized and kind. She helped guide us through the process with patience and expertise. She also helped our wedding go smoothly and coordinated all the details amazingly. The California Rose team was always quick to respond to emails. The planning process for our wedding involved a phone consult as well as an in person tasting, both of which were easy to set up. California Rose took care of our florals and rentals, and made those items really easy to take care of.
We cannot say enough about California Rose Catering and their exceptional team. From the moment we first tasted their food, we knew they were the perfect choice for our wedding. Our top priorities were delicious food and a lively dance floor, and California Rose exceeded our expectations in both areas. They ensured that everyone was well-fed and hydrated before the party started, and the drinks flowed freely throughout the night. We opted for family-style service, which allowed our guests to enjoy a variety of dishes. The appetizers, entrees, and desserts were all absolutely delicious and received rave reviews from everyone. Chef Dov and Adrian were incredible to work with. They hosted a tasting prior to our wedding and carefully listened to our feedback to create a custom menu that perfectly reflected our tastes. Adrian was a true MVP. She was incredibly responsive, detailed, and organized. She patiently answered all of our questions and helped us plan the wedding menu + dining experience of our dreams. We are so grateful to California Rose Catering for making our wedding a culinary masterpiece. Their exceptional food, service, and professionalism made our special day even more memorable.
After meeting the staff and doing a tasting with Chef Dov, we knew instantly that California Rose was the way to go for our wedding! Chef Dov was flexible with our food preferences and helped us create a delicious menu for our wedding of 110 at Deer Park Villa. Jenn was very helpful throughout our wedding planning process as well. The team helped us transform our dinner reception into a romantic, beautiful atmosphere. The guests loved his food and mini desserts! Thank you California Rose team for making our big day so special!
Whew, where do I even begin? Our wedding food caterer got COVID at the last second - in came California Rose at the eleventh hour through a personal referral. Chef Dov and Jenn CRUSHED it to where I actually wished that I booked them originally. They took care of everything for our backyard wedding, from the rentals to servers to the AMAZING food. The food was Michelin quality, so my own wedding food was the best wedding food I've ever had. Oh and Chef Dov ensures that his entire team is fully vaccinated. We felt very safe and comfortable having their team in our home and interacting in such an intimate environment.
