Chau Le did an amazing job on my nails. The best in Winnipeg I’ve ever had! I will be back to see her every time moving forward. Very pleased 😀
My go to nail salon .. I won’t go anywhere else. Sasha is the absolute best! Everyone is so friendly and see to your every need. I’ve never been disappointed with my gel nails. I’ve never had an issue but they do have a “warranty” if anything goes wrong. Make sure to sign up for the loyalty program!
Edited: This was my 2nd visit because the first visit was great so I made another appointment to get my nails filled (they ask upfront when you call to make an appointment). Had some communication issues but they (and me) worked understand the issue and was resolved to my complete satisfaction. While it was a bit of process but I can truly say am extremely happy. When making an appointment and you want a fill you also have to tell them tips, or you will get them removed and just be given a manicure where they may use gel on your natural nails. (Learning experience for me). All 3 of the nails techs Ive had to date were SUPER sweet and kind and VERY knowledgeable about the latest trends and styles. Thank you!!
Crusty did my nails and they turned out horribly. I asked for stilettos with a turquoise green, said she didn't have any which was fine so I picked a grassier green instead. They looked fine at the salon but when I got home and took a better look at them I realized how hideously she shaped them. My 5 year old daughter can do nails better than this. Is this the type of service nail salons are capable of giving these days? EDIT: I realized I misspelled Cristy so my apologies, but I said what I said. Your unprofessionalism will be exposed. I'm not taking down my review, if you want it down so bad take it up with google.
We had the Princess birthday setup, though we changed our theme to butterfly. It was the best birthday experience ever. We literally just had to bring ourselves and make provisions for food, everything else was taken care of. The kids loved every bit of it, from the manicure, to nail polishing and design, face painting, pedicure, games, and gifts. Oh did I mention that they each had a technician who catered to them and lastly, there was a professional photographer to capture all of the amazing moments. The service for me was a 💯 the entire staff was super supportive and really awesome. I’ll definitely recommend and come again… Thank you for making my daughter’s 10th birthday celebration a remarkable one. Nefisat
