Our old roof was starting to leak! CAN Construction replaced our roof and four skylights. Everyone was easy to work with. Expectations were clear, turnaround time was short, and the yard was cleaned up well after the job. We looked at several quotes - CAN Construction managed to come up with a competitive price without compromising on quality. I would absolutely work with them again.
We were having problems with rain coming through the top of the window for ages. Nate came right away, assessed the situation and recommended a solution. I was impressed with Nate as he suggested we could use a less expensive handyman for the job. It was a small job but we wanted the experts to fix our problem. The quote we received included a document with comprehensive information about the roofing technology we were signing up to have installed. It linked out to a website where we reviewed the quote and electronically signed. Super easy! Nate and Rocky were a pleasure to work with. They left no questions unanswered, so we were completely comfortable with and trusting of the work they did on installation day. CAN Construction are the best roofers in the area.
I recently had the pleasure of working with CAN Roof Construction for a much-needed roof replacement for my house in Holliston, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We hired Can Roof Construction in order to have a 12' x 20' second story deck built as an attachment to our house. Nate came by to give us a quote and immediately we had a good feeling about him; he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and above all he was kind. Communication was also top notch which is hard to find these days; he would always answer texts, calls and emails promptly and made sure all questions were answered thoroughly. Upon signing the contract Rocky and crew showed up on time every day and worked rigorously until the evening. They were fast, but also meticulous, and made sure not to leave any messes before they left for the day. They always had a smile on their faces whenever we came out to chat and took the time to have conversations with us regarding the project. Halfway through the project we took an out of country trip, however, the crew remained working just as diligently in order to get the deck done for us. Nate made sure to stay in touch while we were away regarding the team's progress and made sure we had nothing to worry about. After a short two and a half weeks (there were a few days they could not come by due to inclement weather) they were finished! The end product was beyond our expectations--they did an absolutely amazing job and made sure everything was cleah, cohesive and most importantly safe for us and our family. The inspector came by upon completion and gave us a thumbs up; he told us the contractors did a great job with the building of the deck. It has been a couple weeks that we've been able to use the deck with the remaining decent weather we will be getting for the remainder of the year and it has been very enjoyable thanks to Can Roof Construction. Thanks to them we can enjoy a cup of coffee wrapped in sweaters and blankets on our adirondack chairs before work, we can have big family dinners for special occasions as the sun sets, and we now have a place for our dogs to run around freely without worrying about them getting into mischief. I highly recommend going with this company if you are looking to have a deck built for your home; I'm glad I did and you will be too! Thank you immensely to Nate, Rocky and the entire team for doing such an awesome job with the project! We appreciate you all so very much!
