I had an amazing experience at this location! My kids came to visit from out of town, and I had a secret plan to buy them snow tires for Christmas. I snuck out to take pictures of the tire size they would need, and noticed a huge bulge on one of the tires. I knew how unsafe this was, and didn’t want them to be in any danger so I started going to Canadian Tire locations to see if anyone could help with an emergency tire installation. I tried two locations before trying the Stanley Park location, where I had the pleasure of dealing with Charles at the service desk. Charles was already stressed because it is peak snow tire season, and he was being pulled in a hundred different directions. But, he had the right tires in stock and despite telling me he doubted they could fit it in, he said he would try his very best. We spent the day as usual, and came back towards the end of the day, and having not heard from him didn’t expect great news. We waited till 5:00 pm, the time he said they would be done, and saw a technician carrying in the keys from the shop. They had finished it in the Knick of time! I don’t know how he got it done, but he managed to make it happen! I know I added to the stress of his day, but sending the kids home knowing they would arrive at their destination safely sure took a lot of stress of of me and my family. Thank you SO much, Charles, for going the extra mile and making magic happen. You were really giving your all that day, and it is greatly appreciated! And thank you Canadian Tire for having awesome staff that are dedicated to helping your customers! Experiences like this are why I’m a loyal Canadian Tire customer!
Clean and well organized store! Such a pleasant place to shop! The aisles are spacious, and stock is on the shelves so you can find what you need. The employees have always been kind and helpful when I need assurance, I recommend shopping here!
Love this new store, great friendly and knowledgeable staff! Always lots of stock.I Love the Layout, theres lots of room to browse. Fair prices and fantastic sales. Tons of parking and if course My Dog loves to roam the store too , he especially Loves the pet section🤣🥰
I frequent this store due to convenience of location vs my home. However when visiting finding an associate when you need help with something is like playing where's Waldo, and half the items Ive looked for are NOT where they are supposed to be according to the information tablets they have. Terribly disorganized. When visiting the service counter the reps were quick to help me with parts.... HOWEVER, when I called to try and book a 1.5 hour job got told first they didnt have the tools needed for the job (prior in the day they offered to rent me the same kit), they dont do those jobs on a Sunday and I also watched them tell another customer they dont book tire changes with undercoating after 2pm. Seems to be a lot of picking and choosing of what they FEEL like doing as opposed to actually helping the customer with their car appropriately. The cashiers however are quite pleasant. Which ALMOST earned them 2 stars but an auto service center should not be turning away work for B.S. reasons.
