We absolutely love this doggy daycare! The staff is incredibly kind, reliable, and their prices are very fair. They go above and beyond to help with grooming needs like bathing, nail trims, and general upkeep whenever I need it. Communication is excellent—they keep me informed and are always responsive, which gives me so much peace of mind. They are very thoughtful about grouping the dogs, making sure each one is placed with others that match their personality and energy level. They are attentive to dynamics, ensure the dogs get along well, and truly care for them as if they were their own. I always feel confident knowing my dog is protected, properly fed, and getting plenty of attention and exercise. The owners are especially wonderful and very responsible. They have even pet sat for me when I was in a pinch—purely out of the kindness of their hearts. I’m so grateful to have found a place I trust completely and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care for their dog. My dog’s favorite place!
I was at a board meeting for WRFL-FM when the staff announced a new underwriter: Canine Club. Little did I know then that this very dogcare, when contacted in an emergency plumbing disaster about boarding my dog Banjo, would become the dogcare that saved Christmas! I was thoroughly impressed w the try-out day, the facilities, the communication and the way my 13 YO feisty Jack Russell was cared for. Extended hours for pick up and drop off are wonderful, price is reasonable. Banjo clearly approves and loved the play -- and came home calm, tired and happy. So thrilled to have a new high-quality dogcare in Lexington, as the great one Banjo grew up on and loved so much down on Manchester Street closed. Web ordering and text communication so helpful.
I am very happy I found Canine Club for my dog, Lydia. She always comes home wiped out and happy after daycare or boarding. The pricing for daycare, boarding, and baths are all reasonable. Scheduling online is easy, and the long drop off and pick up windows are a huge help for those with busy schedules.
My boy Tango comes home totally wiped out (in the best way!) every day. The team members are super friendly and always go out of their way to help. The prices are really fair and totally worth it. With my crazy work schedule, I love that they have extended drop-off and pick-up hours. Can’t recommend Canine Club enough!
Sawyer loves going to Canine Club! He always comes back exhausted from all day play. The staff are great and you can tell they care about all of the dogs under their care. I like that Sawyer can go inside and outside, weather permiting. They have pool days during the summer and he loves the water. This has become his second home when we are away. The price is great too, much more reasonable than other places in Lexington. Thank you Canine Club.
