This was one of the best car repair experiences I have ever had. Not just the work done on the car, which was awesome, but also the customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and updated me on everything that was going on. It's my new place to take my cars and I will recommend them to everyone.
This is my second time bringing my car to them! I could give them a thousand stars, I would. They are honest, patient, and they do great work. Today, they called me and said my car won't be done till Monday. I was worried, until they offered a loaner car for me to drive until Monday. Free of charge. They truly care about people's situation. People, take her car here. Nowhere else.
We've had a couple of expensive fixes on our older cars pop up unexpectedly. The team at CarFix made us feel like valuable customers. They informed us of every detail of why certain items were necessary for repair, broke down the itemized expenses, and gave professional suggestions for additional repairs we might wish to consider. The communication was clear, and they took care of our issues with both cars. I highly recommend them. I even audited their services thru a respected friend who owns an award winning shop in another state - and he told me the pricing was "very fair" and each diagnosis was done with good detail. He even agreed with the add on suggestions, even if we opted out due to budget. Thank you to Os, and the crew at CarFix for two positive transactions. We will be back if we need to fix something else!
Best car repair shop ever . Talked me through every step of the repair. What was needed, cost and time. They are very knowledgeable. But the best part is they helped me get financed what I couldn’t pay out of pocket. Top notch repair shop!! And the customer service is amazing!!! I appreciate how kind you guys are.
