One of the Cardinal Heating and Plumbing technicians Ryan came to do a check up on our furnace today. He was very polite and extremely thorough in checking our heating system. He checked the thermostat and even changed the filter for us. He tolerated our noises little Frenchie who loves to bark at everyone that comes in the house. As he himself has a small dog too I’m sure it didn’t bother him too much. She kept an eye on him the whole time too. Great little watch dog that we have. Thanks again Ryan we got an excellent report that everything was working effectively and efficiently always a good thing to know when it is as cold as it has been lately. I totally feel that having Cardinal of Sun Prairie as our Heating Cooling and Plumbing group is a wonderful thing. I would recommend them to anyone that needs that king of service. During the late January subzero temps, my furnace imploded on a Friday Night. Made an emergency call on Saturday morning. With the weekend being so dangerously cold, call volume and demand was high. Cardinal booked the response time for Sunday morning at 7:30am. What was amazing? The ENTIRE experience. (Sans the fact I had no heat outside of portable heating options for 4 days). Every tech was so kind and respectful, knowledgeable, thorough and delivered an exceptional experience. Cardinal even waived emergency hours pricing because they knew how important it was to keep the people in their communities safe in very dangerous weather conditions. A huge shout out to Dave, Alan, Hunter & Robert from the Sun Prairie Team! Cardinal is lucky to have you on their team. Thank you for making it easy to highly recommend Cardinal to anyone looking for the best service experience possible.

Was able to get a next-day appointment for electrical issues in our new house. Dominic was friendly and great at explaining the issues, and he presented multiple options for how to address them. Work was done same day, and I appreciate the care they took with cleanliness and with advising us on optional services/upgrades such as a whole house surge protector. Very happy with service and signed up for their monthly VIP program too. Thank you!

My review is about Mike who works for Cardinal. Mike had just finished up with a customer in our neighborhood and was driving by my house and saw that I was outside trying to shovel the recent icy snow. I am 63 years old and it was pretty slick out and Mike stopped and offered to help since he had time before his next appointment. He grabbed a shovel and worked alongside me and helped me shovel my driveway. Cardinal really employed a great man when they employed Mike. He made my day and my Christmas and renewed my faith in people. His generosity and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you Mike. If I need electrical services or heating Cardinal will be who I call and it’s because of Mike

John S. and crew did great job on install of my new furnace & A/C project. Areas w/rugs were covered and work area was left clean. Thermostat was programmed and operation was explained. A few days later had question on thermostat program and Cardinal sent Eian (sorry not sure name) over and he answered my Question and reprogrammed T-stat. I would highly recommend Cardinal Heating. Now as far as future service if needed that’s a (?) But at this time I feel they will respond in a timely fashion to any issue I may have with my furnace or AC unit. CD.
