My very first experience with this company was whenever they were on Reynolda Road. I purchased my first set of gas logs there over 30 years ago. And they lasted up until last year. So we went back To casual furniture world again. We purchased our logs and were very pleased with them until we had a few hiccups at the start of this burning season. They sent the Mickey, the technician out and he was amazing!!!!! He identified something that should have been caught on the initial install And went back to the Casual furniture world, and let them know. Before we ever had the opportunity to contact them, they were calling us to put in a new install! Mickey was attentive, punctual, considerate, proactive And everything else a 10 star employee should strive to be! This is a really good company to work with and Mickey was the icing on the cake!!! It’s very hard to be able to walk away from any place of business filling confident anymore. However, these guys or what old school business looks like and should look like today. Kudos!!!
Customer service isn’t always great when shopping online or even in stores—but my experience with Casual Furniture World was nothing short of exceptional. JP Lewis truly cared about our patio needs from start to finish. We ordered two rockers and a side table with assembly, and JP went above and beyond to make the process seamless. He personally called to update us on the delivery and even offered to pick up the boxes himself and take them to the warehouse for assembly. Boxes were not supposed to be delivered to me with being assembled. JP Lewis followed through exactly as promised, and the warehouse team had all three pieces perfectly assembled the same day. Going above and beyond seems to be the standard for JP Lewis and the entire Casual Furniture World team. Because of their outstanding service, I will continue shopping with them. Highly recommended!
I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted with a smile and snacks and lots of helpful information. I was looking for a swinging daybed for my back porch. I received great advice on picking colors and fabrics and I’m really happy with how comfortable the cushions are! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for outdoor furniture. Now I need to go back and get an outdoor rug to go underneath!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My gas fireplace is older and recently needed a replacement part. Although Casual Furniture World didn’t have the part in stock, Ken went above and beyond to help me. He explained exactly what I needed to look for, kept in great communication as we waited for the part to arrive, and even worked me into their schedule right away when the box came in with a 7-day return notice. Randy came to my home to install the part and did an excellent job—it turned out to be exactly the right fit! I truly appreciate the clear communication from Ken and the professional installation from Randy. Casual Furniture World delivered outstanding customer service, and I highly recommend them!
