These candied apples were absolutely amazing! We tried the caramel and chamoy flavors, and everyone loved them. The flavors were perfectly balanced and truly made the holiday spirit come alive. They were a huge hit with our holiday event... definitely a treat we’ll be coming back for
Chef Erika is my go-to caterer. I have used her several times. She is consistent, timely, clean, great customer service and a great staff. Most recently I hired her to cater for my book club. My book club sister said those waffles were the BEST SHE EVER HAD. The fried chicken was flown in from heaven! Yum 🤤 I’m STILL licking my fingers. My favorite part is Chef leaves things spotless and better than she found them. That’s why she’s my go-to Chef
My Guests Loved the Food! I hired Ericka as the caterer for my 50th birthday, to feed 72 people. I didn't have a particular cuisine in mind, so I went with her specialty of Cajun & Creole. We designed the menu together and she capably accommodated my 7 vegetarian friends and 2 vegan family members with vegan falafel po' boys. For those of us who eat meat, she fried chicken at my home, so it was really fresh. She also had chicken with gravy, jambalaya with shrimp and sausages, and red beans and rice with smoked turkey as entrees. The side dishes were vegetarian as well and mostly vegan (grilled veggies, roasted potatoes, salad with berries) with one exception (cajun corn with a butter sauce). We had ice cream sundaes for dessert with bananas foster, chocolate and caramel sauce, whipped cream and cherries. My guests raved about how good the food was!! My family enjoyed it too! Delicious!
I had the pleasure of working with Erika for my baby shower, and they truly exceeded my expectations! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. So many of our guests went back for seconds (and thirds!), and we received nonstop compliments about the spread. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. They helped me build a menu that matched the vibe of the shower perfectly, and everything was delivered and set up on time with care and attention to detail. Thank you so much for helping make such a special day even more memorable. I would definitely recommend Erika for any event—baby shower, wedding, birthday, you name it!
Chef Ericka is truly exceptional! My entire experience with her was top notch from start to finish. I reached out to her after finding her through a search. She was super responsive to my inquiry and gave me enough good information to get started. She was able to work with me to give me a complete menu for 50 within my budget, and even accommodated my special dietary restrictions and a couple of changes along the way. On the day of the event, she made sure everything was beautifully displayed and worked to ensure that we were satisfied. We are currently 3 days post event and my guests are STILL raving about the food. We will absolutely be booking her again in the future. If you are considering Chef Ericka, do it today! You will not be disappointed. I am convinced she can make ANYTHING, and she is absolutely incredible to work with.
