I have been suffering from terrible migraines for over 20 years, (about 3-4x weekly) i've tried EVERYTHING to get to the bottom of them including pharmaceuticals to mask the pain, i'm so thankful a friend recommended Stephan Miller at CC dry needling, today was my 5th appointment and i have had almost NO migraines for the past 5 weeks, (2 total to be exact which is ground breaking for me!) I don't fully understand the science behind it, but I can promise you that dry needling is the most impactful and significant thing i've ever done, i can feel such a major difference in my energy levels and pain in general. I've had such great results that even my husband and another friends are going to now start to see him. I'm so grateful I found this, and will use it as a tool for the rest of my life. Cannot recommend them enough!!
I have had a knot in my shoulder for 15 years from a bad accident and a surgery. I was not familiar with dry needling. My only experience was with acupuncture and that had yet to work on me. I got treatment for the first time and in one session I woke up the next day in a state I have not felt since the accident. Almost all of the tension was gone. The knot released. My posture was more upright. My whole body and gait seemed to have assumed a different identity. The nagging, aching pain was gone and now there is this resonance and comfort that have I a difficulty explaining. I feel like a different person. It all makes sense
Cristi is a wonderful physical therapist and dry needling practitioner. I saw her to help with neck and shoulder pain associated with severe chronic migraine. I had more relief after two sessions with Cristi than from a whole arsenal of meds. She is a thoughtful, patient, and intuitive person and I've left every session feeling the benefit of that care. Highly recommend, especially for those seeking non-medication modalities to treat migraine.
Cristi is an exceptional physical therapist. Her experience and skill with needles is backed up by an incredible intuition. I've been working with her regularly for a year, I'm always impressed by the results whether it's a maintenance session or if I come in with an unusual mystery problem. Cristi is exceptionally skilled in her practice. She takes the time to thoroughly understand her clients' feelings and provides clear explanations, drawing upon her extensive knowledge to outline her approach to treatment. This was my first experience with dry needling, and I am certain it will not be my last. I have already shared my positive experience with several individuals after visitin her practice this morning.
