My doctor was the nicest doctor I’ve had in a long time. I wish she had a primary care office because I definitely would be her patient. I’ve been going through a lot and she made my visit so easy and simple. The staff were also very nice. I’m just appreciative that they did their job. I was in and out pretty fast. Good job.
The wait at urgent care was about 30 minutes top and the service was exceptional. Registration was easy by scanning QR code and uploading documents to complete your sign in. They even tell you through the app where you are in the line to be seen. I was seen quickly and was really impressed with the level of service and care received. They sent my prescription over to my pharmacy of choice and marked it acute priority. Will revisit in the future if needed. Highly recommend this place if you can’t be seen by your primary care provider. Will recommend to family & friends, no doubt!
Love that this urgent care is so close to me. Staff is amazing always considerate and professional. I really hope the community treats the employees in this urgent care with a little more respect and appreciation, they definitely deserve it. I went in to just have my daughter checked for covid or the flu and I took her while suffering a full blown toothache. They were able to help my daughter and me with no complaints and I truly appreciate it. Yes, it’s small so wait time was long but I rather wait here than at ER or trying to get a DR appointment.
I am not easily impressed but I was very impressed on yesterday. Sometimes you go to urgent care without an appointment and can be there for a minute. The way they attended to everyone and the accuracy in which they did it left me impressed. Even the security guard was helping and they usually just sit there. She was engaged with the people. Making sure everyone was okay until we were called to the back. I thank God for my community have a efficient place we can go when sick. Thank you for your service and God bless! I am putting my experience on Facebook, so people can know that our community have an urgent care and people who work there that actually care!
I been to this facility a few times for myself and my son. The check in was very easy. Staff was very concerned and polite. Although it appeared to be a long wait sometimes having seven patients ahead of me. The waiting time was not long at all not even an hour. When seen by nurse and Doctors they were very attentive and caring. Prescriptions called in to pharmacy and just a wonderful experience during a tough time. I appreciate you all!
