LaTasha Oliver has been my counselor for a year and a half and I am so grateful for her guidance. My self growth, love and confidence has grown so much through the different points of view and medias she has shared; helping me to understand how my life experiences have shaped who I have become. She is easy to talk to because of her non-judgmental demeanor, she cheers on the victories and helps redirect the thoughts and behaviors that may not be helping me reach my goals. I would highly recommend her to both women and men due to her vast knowledge and experience.
Center to Rise has literally changed my life and made my relationship 100% better. Nicole and the entire staff have literally been in our corner since the day we walked through their doors. I didn’t know how bad I needed therapy until actually sitting in our first session. Being heard and feeling heard has been the best thing ever and I didn’t realize how much it would change my life.
I have been going here for about two years and the progress I have made in myself and in my family is more than I could have ever imagined. The therapists here are amazing and TRULY care. I will be forever grateful for everything they have done for me. 10/10 would recommend!
Nicole is great at what she does. She has a beautiful spirit and presence. She started off my event with meditation and everyone enjoyed the experience. I plan to do a group session later this month. Keep doing great work Nicole, our community needs you.
